Taco Pasta

We're starting to implement Taco Tuesdays. Mexican food is one of Tim and my favorites and we are determined to get our children on board. So get ready for a bunch of fun new taco recipes we plan to try!

Taco Pasta Bake

  • 1/2 lb. shells pasta

  • 1 lb. 93% lean ground beef

  • 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning (1 packet)

  • 1/2 C. water

  • 1 C. jarred salsa

  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook pasta according to the directions on the box and drain. Add ground beef to the pan and brown well and remove excess fat. Add the taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water, stir and cook until water is gone. Add the pasta back into the pan. Stir in salsa and cheese. Continue to stir until all is combined and Delicious gooey. Serve immediately, preferably with crunchy tortilla chips (optional) on top.
