I love an easy Pasta Salad when I need to take a side to a BBQ or picnic. I got this recipe from my girlfriend Rachel years ago and I've stuck with it ever since.
It's the easiest thing. Buy your favorite boxed pasta salad and then add your favorite veggies and fixins' to make it extra special. Your guests are sure to love it!

Boxed Pasta Salad
Red, Green and Orange Peppers
Summer Sausage
Carrots
Colby Jack Cheese
Prepare pasta salad according to directions on the box. Chop peppers, carrots, sausage and cheese into bit size pieces. Stir together with prepared pasta salad. Refrigerate a couple hours before serving.
