Tangy Marinated Grilled Chicken

Yesterday I showed you how to make these awesome new potatoes and broccoli.  Today I want to show you a great chicken marinade that pairs perfectly with it.


Perfect for a summer night.  Enjoy!

Tangy Marinated Grilled Chicken
(Recipe from here)

  • 2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 6 oz. pineapple juice

  • 6 oz. low-sodium soy sauce

  • 3 oz. low-sodium worcestershire sauce

Cut fat off chicken.  Combine the pineapple juice, soy sauce and worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl.  Add the chicken breast and marinate for at least 30 minutes.


Grill over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked all the way through.


This chicken is especially great with New Potatoes with Broccoli.
