If you love Angel Food Cake, you’ll love this light summer treat. My mom introduced me to this a couple of weeks ago when I was home.
The light vanilla cool whip is my favorite part of this dish. I honestly think I’ll whip this up to have on hand – perfect for dipping with fruit or eating with a spoon.
Angel Food Delight
Angel Food Cake (pre-made)
Light Cool Whip
Light Vanilla Pudding
1 C. skim milk
Strawberries and Blackberries (feel free to add raspberries and blueberries if you want)
Cut angel food cake into bite size pieces. For whip topping, mix 1 cup of milk and vanilla pudding mix. Slowly stir in cool whip. Cut up strawberries into small bite-size pieces.
For assembly, layer bowl with angel food cake, a big scoop of vanilla whip topping and finish with berries.
