Baked Parmesan Potato Wedges

The cooler temperatures are on their way. To warm up tonight, I made these yummy Parmesan Potato Wedges. They were so easy to make. A great side for any meal.

Bon Appetit!

Baked Parmesan Potato Wedges

  • 2-3 Large Russet Potatoes, sliced into thin wedges

  • 4 Tbsp. Light Olive Oil

  • 1 Tsp. Salt

  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning

  • 1/2 C. Shredded Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a large baking sheet.

Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and mix to coat well. In small dish stir together salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle potato wedges with the shredded cheese - make sure it coats the wedges. Sprinkle potato wedges with seasoning mixture.

Place potato wedges on prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and flip potatoes to brown the other side. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until potatoes are cooked and golden brown along the edges.

Dunk in your favorite sauce and Enjoy!
