BBQ Pulled Pork

Yumm in my tumm!

That’s all I’ve got to say about this recipe. One of my new go-to’s when I’m needing to entertain a crowd. It’s delicious, savory and made in a crock-pot so you know it’s easy.

Crock-Pot BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

  • 3 lbs. boneless pork shoulder roast, trimmed

  • 1 pkg. McCormick slow cookers BBQ pulled pork seasoning

  • 1/2 C. kethcup

  • 1/2 C. brown sugar

  • 1/3 C. cider vinegar

  • Hawaiian buns (or buns of your choice)

Place pork in slow cooker. Mix McCormick seasoning, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar until blended. Pour over pork. Cover. Cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred pork, using 2 forks. Return pork to slow cooker. Mix and heat with sauce before serving. Serve on sandwich rolls, if desired.
