Peanut Butter Crack

Oh my goodness.

If you don’t know by now, I have a large obsession with anything peanut. The fact that this delicious sweet treat has peanut butter and salty party peanuts might make this one of my favorite winter treats.

I’ve got to thank my co-workers Ashley and Jessica for introducing me to this easy, no-bake recipe. With 5 simple ingredients, you’ve got yourself the perfect treat for entertaining, bake sale, work party, etc.

Your welcome.

Peanut Butter Crack

  • 1 pkg white almond bark

  • 1/2 C. peanut butter (whatever brand is your favorite)

  • 1 1/2 C. small marshmallows

  • 1/2 C. lightly salted peanuts

  • 2 C. rice krispie cereal

Place almond bark in large glass bowl and cook in microwave in one minute increments until melted. Stir in peanut butter. In separate bowl, stir together peanuts, and cereal, until mixed well. Pour almond peanut butter mixture with dry ingredients and stir until well blended. Stir in rice cereal. Use small cookie scooper to drop teaspoon size drops on wax paper and let set. Enjoy!
