It’s officially the Holidays! Christmas music – check. Fall sweaters – check. Pumpkin bread – check and check. If you have a Trader Joe’s in your area, you’ve got to try their fall Pumpkin Bread. mmm mmm good!
Pumpkin bread is one of my favorite fall sweets!
It’s so easy – just add water, eggs and oil (+ chocolate chips). Oh, and did I mention the mix is only $2.99 in stores? Buy your own mix here.
Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Bread + Chocolate Chips
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a standard 9×5 with butter flavored cooking spray. Combine eggs, oil, water in medium bowl. Add mix. Fold together with wire risk until batter is smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread batter in pan, filling corners and leveling top. Bake for 55-60 minutes. (Might take longer to bake – use a toothpick to test). Allow to cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
