Happy Monday! I hope you had a fabulous weekend. I’ve got a great, easy recipe to get your week started off right. 3 ingredients and 20 minutes later, you’ll have a meal fit for a queen.
I like to call this, Italian Herb Summer Pasta. Hearty and flavorful, plus it uses some of my favorite summer ingredients; brats and asparagus.
Easy peezy. Perfect for a no hassle Monday.
Italian Herb Summer Pasta
Start by preparing your pasta. Cook pasta according to directions on the back of box.
Prepare asparagus. Fire up your grill on medium flame. Cut into stalks into 2 inch pieces. Mix asparagus with 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil and a dash of steak seasoning. Wrap in tin foil and grill for 7-10 minutes.
At the same time, toss on your brats and grill for 7-10 minutes, or until done. Once your brats are cooked, cut them into small bit-size pieces.
Once everything is cooked, it’s time to assemble your pasta. Add pasta, asparagus and brats to large bowl. Give everything a good stir, and serve.
