I have to say this quote has come in handy lately. Sometimes it’s better to follow your passion and do the things that inspire you. I guess what I’m trying to say is that I have accepted a new job at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa and we will be moving this weekend. Yes, that’s right, we are busy packing up and moving back to the city that we love – filled with the friends and family that we love.
Sometimes it really is the place and people that make everything worth while. I’m so happy that on top of all that, I will be able to do something I LOVE, filled with new challenges and excitement. This will be our 7th move (4th state) in the last 4 years and we are so excited to settle down and grow some roots.
Things are going to be a little up in the air the next couple of weeks so my posts might be a little more sporadic then normal, but I promise to get back up and running as soon as possible.
