Summer is here and I am so excited! I love the longer nights, grilling and getting outside each night. Last night we had this awesome margarita flatbread.
It was light, fresh and the cherry tomatoes add a burst of sweet flavor. We'll be adding this to the menu throughout the summer.
Margarita Flatbread
Naan Flatbread
Olive Oil
Pizza Seasoning
Fresh Mozzarella
Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
Arugula
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brush naan with olive oil and sprinkle with pizza seasoning. Top with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. Bake for 8-10 minutes (or according to the package directions). Let cool for a few minutes and then top with arugula.
