Only a couple of easy ingredients, and you’ve got yourself a light little meal. Low carb and extra tasty. Meat and veggies = healthy right?

Taco Lettuce Wraps
In a pan, brown ground beef until browned. Add in taco seasoning and water to the ground beef and let simmer for five minutes.
Cut the end of the lettuce head and wash each piece. Cut tomato into small pieces. Using the lettuce like a boat to make a wrap, add a half cup of taco meat and then add your choice of fixings like tomato’s, cheese, sour cream, etc. Enjoy!
